Bootstrap HTML

I was recently asked to take PDF design and create an HTML page using Bootstrap 5. I am not a fan of frameworks like Bootstrap 5 because of the added code that is required to accommodate all the features provided in the framework. While I do admit using Bootstrap does make it easier to create an HTML page and add some custom elements, not all of the elements will ever be used on most sites. Some things like tabs are just as easily done using plain CSS or JavaScript without adding a thousand lines of needed code.

The actual page can viewed here. I added a Bootstrap “Panel” and switched out the logo to inform that this is for demonstrative purposes and not connected to my client.
